1. Cleanse and dry the area thoroughly before applying.
   
2. Select your size - 10mm for smaller spots, 12mm for larger ones.
   
3. Press the patch firmly onto the blemish and smooth down the edges.
   
4. Replace every 6–8 hours or when the patch turns white. Do not exceed 24 hours per patch. Remove gently.
